Baybenefits Premier, established in 2006, is a new division of Baybenefits which has been conducting business since 1993. We focus on clients with 50 to 500 employees. Our professional advisors have the expertise and resources that you can rely on.

We have detailed benchmarking data from nearly 10,000 employers across the county. We purchase this data from Watson Wyatt, Hay Group and the Kaiser Family Foundation. We customize the benchmarking reports for our clients to ensure that their benefit programs are competitive.

Additionally, we often create, administer and deliver results of our web based employee benefits survey. These customized surveys are an excellent resource designed to measure your employees' attitudes, perceptions and understanding of your company's benefit package.
